Daniel Faour Auad | How To Be Happy
Everyone wants to be happy and have this feel- good emotions. “Having come across
different people from every walks of life, across different cultures, religions, beliefs
systems, and race. The fundamental question I always get asked is how can I be
happy? The number one goal or cry of many is ‘I just want to be happy, Daniel
FaourAuad explains.
People define happiness differently. Because of this, there is no universal recipe for happiness.
Sometimes leading a healthier, happier, and more satisfying life just involves a few minor
adjustments to your daily routine. Daniel Faour Auad, a fervent traveller and health enthusiast,
is here to provide his expert advice and techniques so that you can grow more happiness in
your life.
Practice Gratitude
Start each day by reflecting on the things you’re grateful for. This simple practice can
shift your focus from what you lack to what you have.
Nurture Relationships:
Strong social connections are a cornerstone of happiness. Spend quality time with loved
ones and cultivate meaningful friendships.
Exercise Regularly:
Physical activity releases endorphins, which are natural mood lifters. Even a short walk
can do wonders for your mood.
Practice Gratitude:
Start each day by reflecting on the things you’re grateful for. This simple practice can
shift your focus from what you lack to what you have.
Nurture Relationships:

Prioritize Sleep:
Quality sleep is essential for emotional well-being. Aim for 7-9 hours of restful sleep
