monitoring units, nationally, we are at low risk case classification
showing case increases in the recent one and two weeks due to

8 and BARMM with case increases in the recent two weeks only.
Despite these case increases, we remain at low risk average daily
attack rates less than 1 case per 100k population with 7,202
active cases nationwide. These increases have yet to be
translated into increase in admissions and utilization rates.
Healthcare utilization remains at low risk in all regions with
national rates at 14.97% to 19.45% utilization. Further, our severe
and critical admissions are at 629 (0.97%) among our hospital
admissions which is higher by 32 (5.36%) cases from the 597
reported in the previous week [June 21 data].
With this, the DOH DOH reiterates that minimum public health
standards including wearing the best fitting face mask, together
with vaccination and boosters, remain our best defense against
COVID-19 .

medical personnel, ambulances, and sufficient equipment to aid
medical situations as htey arise.
5. Case Updates The DOH reported 781 new COVID-19
infections on Wednesday, bringing the
total nationwide to 3,703,100.
According to the most recent DOH
figures, the active population
increased slightly from 7,192 on
Tuesday to 7,202 on Wednesday. This
is the highest number since April 29,
when there were 8,389 active
infections recorded.

while North Cotabato recorded 1,136 dengue cases.

change the definition of fully vaccinated to include the 1st booster dose to be
considered a complete vaccine under the Marcos Administration.

be given to children 12 to 17 years old, but only in areas where more than 40%

5) Alert Level System: The Inter-Agency Task Force approved the
recommendations of the sub-Technical Working Group for Data Analytics on
the new matrices to be used for the Alert Level System, as well as the alert
level classification of provinces, highly urbanized cities (HUCs), independent
component cities (ICCs), component cities, and municipalities, on Monday,
June 27, 2022.
