What Project manager for VOD platform improvements
Roger was responsible for the projectmanagementofseveral technical improvements
on the Ziggo VOD platform.From updating Arris Stream commanders to fixing bugs in
the clientsoftware.Managing a small team ofZiggo staff together with the
managementofthe external suppliers like Seachange,Divitel and Arris
Result Due to the Ziggo and UPC merger Roger had to end his assignmentand was unable
to complete all actions.

backend that was able to supportthe video on demand service within the Ziggo TV

shared design for a new IPTV and DVB service for Ziggo.Resulting in new Apps and
a new SetTopBox.
Roger was responsible for creating the architecture deliverables, High Level Designs,
reporting to the business and projectmanagement.
Communicating the designs and making sure the developmentwas done according to
the designs.
Roger worked closelywith external suppliers Seachange,Humax,Alcatel and Divitel.
Result In July 2014 the scope of the projectchanged to IPTV only. Designs were delivered.
