SUMMARY
Lorenzo is a pragmatic and passionate IT-expert in software architectures and agile methodologies.
After some significant experiences in the development of business critical projects, in 2004 he founded LARUS
Business Automation, where he currently hold the position of CEO. Nevertheless, he maintains his passion in software
development by supporting his R&D team and contributing in some open-source projects.
Since 2013 he's been focusing on NoSQL & BigData technologies. In 2016 he was nominated “Neo4j Ambassador”
for his particular interest on Graph Databases.
He loves to teach, coach and collaborate with people in order to build enthusiast teams and in his spare time he likes
to cultivate his passion for Art and cycling.

I'm in charge for the introduction of the Agile and
Lean methodologies in the Italian division of
TetraPak, in order to improve the way of working of
5 teams (~50 people) dedicated to newborn Issue
Resolution Program.
Beside coaching these teams, I'm also supporting
the whole organisation in switching from a
command-and-control to a pull system,
streamlining their processes and helping to adopt
a customer-driver mindset.
