Ingredients Science & Technology Manager (2012 to 2015) – Led the reserach and development of the
entire portfolio of proprietary ingredients fo Natura (amazonian vegetable oils, essential oils, plant extracts,
sensorial modifiers) and the Biotech Research. Responsile for a team of 19 scientist and a budget of R$ 2
million/ year (excluding budget obtained with government subisidies).
Innovation and Sustainability Manager (2009 to 2011) – Responsible for the liason between the Businee Unit
(BU) and the Innovation and Sustainability areas. Leads all the BU product development projects (average of
60). Member of the BU board, which takes care for the administrative, financial and marketing aspects of the
