Make a production plan based on the daily and monthly orders from Sales and Marketing department. Prepare
material procurement plan by calculating the production material requirements according to safety stock. Monitor
all warehouse stocks, including imported stocks, to ensure that daily production run continuously. Process and
analyze data about the plan and realization of production, sales and inventory data. Analyze the difference
between production planning and actual production based on the Six Big Losses (SBL). Coordinate with
Warehouse and Production departments to obtain accurate and up to date stock data. Prepare/update weekly
schedule of finished goods delivery date to Sales and Marketing department. Ensure that Warehouse
department’s daily finished goods deliveries are made in accordance with the schedule. Procure freight service
provider and coordinate with Logistics department the planned finished goods deliveries to third party
warehouses. Identify and investigate daily differences between SAP data and actual production data, and
between SAP data and actual delivery data. Prepare daily management report for production and delivery of
finished goods. Cultivate strong working relationships with suppliers and contractors to deliver high quality
materials and services. Perform semi-annual audit of production planning based on Sales and Marketing
department order that was received from customers. Apply consistently the Good Manufacturing Practice of the
Company.
