Summary:
A multi-skilled professional with good all-round administration and management skills, holding a
B.A in English Literature from Mu’tah University in 1998. Retired as Lieutenant colonel from the
Jordanian Armed Forces during which I participated in four United Nations Missions: the first
mission was as a Peacekeeper in the U.N mission in Eritrea and Ethiopia, then as administration
officer in the U.S Army in Iraq during the war time 2004. The third mission as a peace
enforcement staff (ISAF) in Afghanistan in 2009. After that, in 2011, I went back to Afghanistan
as a senior logistics and administration officer. Capable with an ability to deal with all
administrative roles and related HR and finance requirements of an organization.
During the 22 years in different organizations and military units in the Jordanian Armed Forces, I
escalated my management and leadership skills from managing a group of 35 personnel, up to
700 personnel (Battalion 2nd in Command Officer).
Employment History & Experience:
* Jordanian Armed Forces/ Protocol and facilitation department, Jan 2014- Sep 2016.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinating all kind of military visits and delegations from-to Jordanian Armed Forces
in liaison with international affairs directorate.
2. Planning visits schedules in coordination with involved ministries and governmental
agencies.
3. Liaison with Ministry Of Interior MOI, regarding all international visitors and getting
visas.
4. Preparing quotations and establishing work frame agreements with hotels and air flight
agencies and service providers.
5. Participate in forums or working groups relating to protocol and feedback to
management.
6. Managing the fleet officer and coordinating movements.
7. Member in the JAF hotel board of directors.
8. Managing and responsible of mini budgets (up to 50k)
9. Handle the internal and external correspondence and letters of the HQ Deps as required,
including the issuance of internal official memos and circulars.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible and management of all administrative staff.
2. Senior instructor for all admin staff.
3. Responding to all maintenance requirements for keeping all facilities in excellent
conditions.
4. Contract management for all external service providers.
5. Quality control and assurance of all services provided by the Admin team.
6. Maintain an up to date inventory of the BT Offices stationary.

Special Operations company commander for 3 years, during which I managed to lead my
company on all operational and administrative activities including training, operations, logistics,
CIMIC activities and joint operations.
Protocol Officer in the Joint Chiefs ofStaff Directorate
Responsible of the military protocol between the Jordanian Army and the other Armies that we
have military relations with . Coordinating delegations visits and all the military ceremonies that
held in the JAF or outside Jordan.

I participated in the ISAF Mission in Afghanistan where I worked as a staff officer in different
branches such as Intelligence , administrative, training, logistics with an outstanding end of
mission report.
Operation Officer in a Battalion (700 personnel)
Responsible of the operations and training management in an airborne Battalion (700 personnel) .
