Cheyenne Vargas wrote about Mr. Relatores, her former AVID teacher and coach who she chose to interview for a school assignment. Mr. Relatores teaches freshman AVID and health, and coaches basketball and volleyball. Cheyenne chose him because he was very kind and caring towards his students, and still remembers her name two years later. She provided five questions she plans to ask Mr. Relatores in her interview about the start of the school year, what he's looking forward to, preparing for basketball season, his confidence in his team, and any encouraging words for his team.

2. About Me
 My name is Cheyenne and I’m a Junior this
year at Jurupa. I’m involved in 5 different
clubs and play 2 sports. I’m also taking 2
IB classes which are English and history.
 My interests are playing soccer, dancing,
going to Disneyland, and shopping. I also
love to travel even though I don’t get to
do it as much as I would like.
 I also love hanging out with my friends.

3. Mr. Relatores
 Teaches freshman AVID and does an
amazing job.
 Greatest basketball and volleyball coach.
 He also taught a health class that was only
for freshman.

4. Why I chose Mr.Relatores
 He was my AVID teacher freshman and was super kind and caring towards all his
students.
 He’s a great teacher but can also be a friend when needed.
 I was in his class 2 years ago and he still remembers my name and that’s
something that is really nice to know.
