2008 to Present: My current position in EGCN is hardware maintenance, programming POS systems and training
support. I work as a member of a five men team providing cover from 09:00 to 21:00 seven days
a week, maintaining the PoS systems for 800 bars and restaurants on the French Riviera. I work
mainly with POINTEX software and to a lesser extent Kwisatz software

Career History:
2004 – 2008 France – I Worked in bars and restaurants in Cannes and Paris as a customer service trainer.
2003 – 2004 UK - I worked in the Old Orleans and Baroke bars whilst completing my National Vocational
Qualification level 3 in management.
I was the bar manager at the Old Orleans bar with responsibility for the stock control and beer
cellar systems.
2002 – 2003 Spain – I Worked in Hard Rock Cafe, Madrid as bartender to improve my Spanish.
2000 – 2002 UK – I Left France to live in England to improve my English.
Whilst living and working in the UK. I learnt bar tending and mixology (cocktails) skills.
