Mahmoudou Cire Dia has over 15 years of experience in financial management and accounting. He has worked for the US Embassy in Dakar and Nouakchott processing payments and contracts. From 2002-2007, he designed Excel-based information systems for microfinance institutions and managed their accounting and bookkeeping. He has received training in voucher examining, banking, and accounting procedures. Cire Dia is proficient in French, English, Puular, and Wolof and has skills in Microsoft Office programs and accounting software.
