 Winner for the Best Intellectual Property Individual of the Year of Latin-American / RIMSA, granted by
the Latin American Corporate Counsel Awards (LACCA) 2016 with the Association of Corporate
Counsel (ACC) 2016.- granted on February 2016 at Río de Janeiro, Brazil.
 Nominee for the Best Global Intellectual Property Individual of the Year / RIMSA, organized by the

avoided, in a significant way, the infringement of those patents by third parties.

 Developed legal strategies for the bylaws of new legal entities at Mexico, Switzerland, Luxembourg
and Colombia.
