also involves proactively reviewing the figures of jobs in progress to ensure we will
not be making any unforeseen losses before invoicing stage. I would be responsible
for applying variations (quotes) to orders that fell over a limit supplied by clients to
ensure we hadauthorisationtoproceedwithlargerandmore expensiveworks.
 Controllingjobsoutonsiteand communicatingwiththe tenants/vendorsandalsothe
