6. Job Responsibility
Managing and supervise the joinery factory team to be able to hand over our projects
and other’s on time as well
Plan, organize and monitor execution of project day to day activities such as
engineering, surveying, cladding, delivery and installation…etc. as per agreed schedules
To get the work done as per the Instruction received from the General manager
To review work orders before start of production, assess and establish the bifurcation
of project scope in relation to joinery for necessary processing.
Preparing shop drawings, breakdowns, variations and material submittals.
Coordinate and organize technical production flow.
To maintain the labor track records to get maximum accurate output
and maintain the policy of team work.
To follow agreed project method statement, quality plan, safety plan and risk
assessment according to project requirements and specifications.
Identify variations, day to day activities site reporting, personal training and
technical needs
To ensure preparation & regular submission of correct data, to the concerned
department in coordination with the team leader.
