MEMORANDUM FOR: To Whom It May Concern September 26, 2013
FROM: Michael McDaniel,
CBP FedEx Supervisor
SUBJECT: Letter of Recommendation – Trinika Ross
This Memorandum severs as a letter of recommendation of employment for Trinika Ross.
Trinika Ross has worked directly under my supervision for approximately one year. As a
Team Leader, she also supervised two other subordinates. The team she supervised
provided clerical and technical support to the US Customs and Border Protection officers.
Her team, in conjunction with CBP Officers, was responsible for Customs clearance of
all international freight entering the US through the main Federal Express Hub in
Memphis, Tennessee. Ms. Ross’s team specialized in tracking the international freight “in
bond” as it traversed the continent and onward to other parts of the world. They logged
the arrival and departures of international flights and international flight personnel. She
and her team also maintained a large volume of paperwork and statistical data required
for the accomplishment of the CBP mission.
During her term of service, Trinika Ross performed her duties in an exemplary manner.
She reported for duty promptly and always placed the mission before her personal needs.
Prior to this position, she had received advanced computer training which allowed her to
far exceed the expectations of the position. She always carries herself in a very
professional manner when addressing her subordinates as well as management. I would
recommend her to any employers who are seeking a competent professional and I wish
her the best on her future endeavors.
