This document provides an abstract submission for an ICF seminar focusing on online training for Brazilian professionals. The abstract discusses the need to disseminate knowledge of the ICF model among health professionals after graduation. An online learning course for ICF was created in Portuguese and has been implemented in Brazil since 2013. The course contains video classes, articles, and text guides across four sections and takes students two weeks to complete about two hours per day. It provides information on the ICF conceptual model, applications, structure, qualifiers and coding examples to facilitate professionals' integration of ICF knowledge. The online format allows people across Brazil's large geographical area to access training simultaneously.

Š Introduction
The publication of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) in 2001 had, as one of its main bases, the objective to control the situation of
functioning and disability at populations, as a statistical tool. Such control may be able to drive health policy. However, to be possible, it is necessary that professionals be
able to use ICF safely and assertively.
The first step to be implemented, as the literature clearly indicates, is the insertion of the conceptual model of functioning and disability of WHO in professional practice, in
political practice and academic practice. The multidimensional model does not deny the existence of a linear model, but the reverse is true. Currently, the training of health
professionals institutions still teach the execution of the linear model for clinical practice and for determining the political and social guidelines. It is necessary, in
principle, that the content of ICF be included in undergraduate and graduate.
But, by now, the professionals must learn about ICF after graduation. To facilitate the ICF dissemination, a online learning tool in Portuguese was created and it is
avaliable in the webpage http://hoducif.org/hoducif.
Case presentation
The purpose of this report is to present a online training model developed and implemented in Brazil. The course is avaliable in Moodle Plattaform. We have four sections.
Each one contais a video class, an article, and a guide text. The complementation is done with queries, foruns and other activities, just like, commenting some important
points or conceptual ways from ICF. The students stay online during two weeks, about two hours by day and the professor share informations, questions and other forms
of learning stimulations. Demands for this course come from national institutes, professional associations and unions, hospitals or other health institutions, as well as
universities. We started the method in 2013, after 5 years with the face-to-face. The module presents and discuss the ICF conceptual model, applications, structure,
qualifiers, and examples of codes, codification, study cases and ways to implementation.
Discussion
A comparison of the “functional health status” of the populations according to the presence of diseases and contextual factors may help us to determine actions about the
environment so that we can improve the functionality and prevent disability.
The information system can collect data from different sources, not only in healthcare, but also through population surveys, through school forms or periodic examinations
of workers. But the prefessionals must know about that and how they can help the information system for big data.
Besides the educational materials from WHO, other education and exercise tools were developed to facilitate integration of knowledge, one of these is the online courses.
Online courses can provide informations about ICF using to people in different places at the same time. So it has been an important tool in Brazil, wich has a large
geographical area.
