EDUCATION
● Ruimsig | Monash South Africa | Social Science
28 March 2016 - 2 November 2016
My experience here in university is nothing short of love, new experiences, friends, good learning skills and having
fun whilst learning. I am discovering who I am and who I want to be. I love that university has tested my self-control
and determination. I love learning new things and also questioning why things are the way they are. It is fun.
● Bedfordview | Bishop Bavin School | Scholar
14 January 2007 - 24 November 2015
Bishop Bavin was a Christian school that allowed me to grow spitually and to mature. I was a prefect when I was
there and also the head of serving. I participated in cultural activities such as: public speaking, choir and
eisteddfod and also sports such as: basketball, netball, soccer and tennis. It was a really fun school.
WORK EXPERIENCE

28 March 2016 - 2 November 2016
Well at the moment I am doing Higher certificate, it can be seen as a pre-first year. I am doing four units this
semester which is manageable and last semester I also did four units. My units were: Academic English A - this unit
consisted of teaching the skills of writing essays, summaries and paraphrases. Media Studies - this unit taught us
the skill of anaylsing and critiquing articles. Environmental sciences - it included the teaching of climate change and
the causes of degradation and how we can improve that. Technology for university studies - this unit taught us the
skills of being able to utilise the computer for our use. Academic English B - this unit is just a continuation of
teaching us more skills on writing. International studies - this unit is looks at the world of politics and how the world
must learn from history. Behavioural Studies - this looks at the human behaviour and the aspects that shape how
individuals behave. Adapting to university learning - this unit teaches us the skills of being able to adapt to
university as it is a new environment to new learners.

CHARITY WORK
have been collecting money and toiletries to give to an orphanage of our choice. So far we
have raised a lot of money, all we need to do now is buy the necessary toiletries that the
children at the orphanage will need.
★ My social group and I went to the Gateway old age village here in Ruimsig and we
helped old people together with those who were disadvantaged. We learnt that it is very
good but also internally rewarding when you help someone other than yourself.
