CARRER OBJECTIVES
My objective is to become an accomplished I.T Professional in project management,
Networks, Server Administration, and Programming and support Administration. To
achieve this I believe in teamwork with maximum individual effort. I am keen to learn
new things and explore what I know.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Five years working for the Ministry of Health and Child Care in Health Information
Department at Chinhoyi Provincial Hospital and sometimes working at the Provincial
Medical Director's Offices in the same department duties involved are as follows:
 Data collection from various departments
 Data verification and validation
 Data entry and generation of reports using different programs which includes:
 DHIS 2 and DHIS 1.4
 HIV Program(PMTCT, OI/ART)
 Epi-Infor
 Epi 6
 Microsoft Excel (Rehab and Psych returns)
 IMMIS
 Preparing some presentations using Power-point for various meetings and
workshops.
 Support and supervision for various programs in the districts of Mashonaland West
Province..
 Installation and trouble-shooting Frontline SMS and EID programs.
 Support and running daily back-ups for EPMS system being used at Chinhoyi
Provincial Hospital.
 I.T user support at Provincial Offices and at the Hospital.
 Compiling Provincial Health Profile and Generic Reports
 Installation of various software including operating systems, anti-viruses and
