PROFILE
I am an enthusiastic person who has studied basic accountancy and had the opportunity to put that knowledge into
practice within a business. I like navigating around accountancy packages and would ideally like to work with Sage
Line 50 and study accountancy at AAT level. I am most interested in the compliance section of accountancy as it offers
much opportunity to trouble shoot and problem solve. Another area of accountancy I am fond of is account
reconciliation, I like to pinpoint transactions that don’t balance the accounts and correct the data entry point. In the next
5 years I see myself becoming a Junior Accountant with the possibility to become a Senior Account. I am self-driven
and love to establish new relationships within a team. I also like a new challenge, this allows me to build up my list of
achievements. My personal hobbies include playing electric and bass guitar, book reading, watching latest releases
and socialising with friends.

• Technical Support Analyst/Processing Administrator
Geoban UK - Santander Group (Apr 16 - Present)
Duties include: being a member of the administration team responsible for administering a Section 166 project,
receiving and processing customer correspondence throughout many platforms in line with current procedures,
creating procedure systematic manuals, setting up cases for fee refunds, complaints and queries, liaising with
different departments and the Financial Ombudsmen Service to data gather, creating various types of letters using
templates and bespoke wording, maintaining-up-to-date data records and quality standards, remediating cases with
system and admin errors, adhering to all government legislation, FCA standards ensuring customers’ information is
kept confidential and procedure mapping. I am also responsible for the generalised admin mailbox when my team
leader is absent, assigning specialised tasks to my colleagues who have the applicable skillsets. The two most
important principles in my position are data protection and departmental collaboration. I believe that these principles
are vital to any financial organisation to maintain good customer relations and create a friendly working
environment.
Recently, I was awarded the Geoban Hero award in recognition for my contributions within the Section 166 project.

Duties include: supporting claimants to access and use government and other online services including JSAOL,
benefits calculator and Universal Jobmatch, showing customers around different job searching websites, help
customers build CVs and covering letters as well as general administration.

Duties included: making payments, bookkeeping using IRIS KashFlow, issuing invoices, communicating with HMRC
and accountant, quarterly input VAT claims, forwarding information for annual tax returns, corporation tax returns and
accounts. predicting business expenditure, creating weekly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, reconciling using
online banking, managing all business, director and creditor accounts, creating financial models for projects, website
administration and market research as well as secretarial duties.
