The results found that on average, farmers achieved 67% total technical efficiency, 94% pure technical efficiency, 57% allocative efficiency, 54% economic efficiency, and 71% scale efficiency. Farmers could potentially produce 22.5 additional mounds of seed cotton per acre without increasing inputs. Education level, experience, and contact with extension workers significantly impacted technical efficiency.
