In over 23 years, I have drawn up the architectural and structural designs for
over 170 buildings, as well as providing project management and
supervision of all stages of construction. I have specialized in residential
buildings, but am also experienced in commercial construction. Furthermore,
I have provided interior design, planning and reconstruction of various
residences and commercial shops in and around Greece and Cyprus.

3. The following are some of my more noteworthy projects:
2015 Kifissia, Athens
My most recent project was the architectural and interior design (and
supervision of the initial construction) of a complex of four luxurious
maisonettes with separate pools. My desire with this project was to match
the stylistic environment of this historical suburb.
2005 Zefyri, Athens
In this project I participated in a construction consortium of private investors
in the construction of an apartment complex of 32 flats in three blocks, in the
suburb of Zefyri, near Athens. As lead architect, I provided the architectural
design, drawings and specifications of the complex, as well as the license
through the Office of Urban Design. I was also the sole supervisor and
project manager.
2000 – 2002
Panpatraikos Sports Centers Maroussi, Athens
Patra, Greece
This project included the design and construction of two sports centers. The
complexes include football and athletics fields, swimming pools, buildings
with locker rooms, offices, shops, cafes and restaurants. These two sport
centers were located at Maroussi, Athens and Patras, with a total budget of
more than 3.550.000 Euros. The project designs were based on the
standards and specifications provided by the Greek Secretariat of Sports.
These buildings have since been destroyed.
1999- 2012
Real Estate Agency “Status” Owner, Agent
Athens, Greece
As owner of this agency I managed 12 agents, providing them with training
seminars and support. Our network included all of Athens, its suburbs and
the islands of Paros, Santorini and Crete. I closed the office in 2012 due to
the present crisis but I continue to hold an active license.
1991-1994 Lead Civil Engineer
International Construction Co. 'ERGAS S.A' Athens, Greece
In this civil engineering position, I worked as a team member on various
construction projects for residential and commercial buildings, where I was
responsible for the project management as well as architectural design.
These projects included calculating the admeasurements during all stages of
the various construction.
1990-1991 Geotechnical Engineer
Greek International Construction Co. 'ETEP' Libya, Africa
The highly specialized position included on-site daily testing and monitoring
of the geotechnical characteristics of soils across the entire spectrum of the
project: natural ground, compacted soils, substrates, and asphalts. Other
tasks included laboratory testing and inspections of soil compaction, triaxial
compression tests, plasticity and classification of soils, etc.

Sakketos Civil Engineering / Architecture Athens, Greece
In this position, I worked on a team of architects and city planners on the
drawing, design and coordination of various projects. I also served as lead
designer and project manager for several construction projects.
