3. The reason I have chosen this career is because ever since
I was little I wanted to grow up to become a hairdresser. I
enjoy doing stuff that involves hair. I actually have
experience myself. I cut my own bangs, and my own hair
shorter, and also made my little sister layers and have dyed
my sister’s hair and also mine.
4. What types of things do hairdressers do?
As a qualified hairdresser you must discuss with the client how they want
their hair; giving advice and suggesting ideas for suitable styles,
hairdressers also shampoo and condition their client’s hair. They would tell
them what they need to do or what products to use to fix the problem. They
also have to make sure that hair products that contain chemical are stored
correctly and the chemical won’t damage their client’s hair or scalp and
make sure that the productct is safe for them to use.
