Strategy Execution is more important then ever. This ebook will help you identify the 7 most common strategy execution hurdles (execution villains) and shows you how to combat them.
A lot of what we know about user experience comes from the fields of cognitive science, psychology, and neuroscience. However, often this information ends up coming over as pop psychology, instead of through actual research. Here I discuss 5 myths that I've heard a lot in the UX community, and how they stand up to science.
All too often, good physicians lose their jobs because they won't spout the party line of their hospitals or groups. Sometimes, the truth hurts. Sometimes, policies are bad ideas. And sometimes, even patients are wrong and customer satisfaction is a delusion. This presentation addresses the problem of muzzling good physicians. A danger to medicine across the board!

Editor's Notes
Dupa cum spunea Tim Minchin, un ganditor celebru, “If you open your mind too much, your brain will fall out”.
Cu alte cuvinte Everybody lies, to themselves mai intai, to others dupa aceea.
In concluzie, daca vederea, memoria, judecata ne inseala, ce putem face?
Daca as vrea sa tineti minte ceva:
