58. Upphovsrättslagen tycker jag är lite jobbig i bloggande
sammanhang. Jag skulle gärna göra som andra
bloggare och bara ta lite bild hit och hit och lägga upp de på
min blogg, men jag lagen lyda och därför inte göra det.
Upphovsrättslagen (1960:729) säger att:
”Upphovsrätt innefattar, med de inskränkningar som
föreskrivs i det följande, uteslutande rätt att förfoga över
verket genom att framställa exemplar av det och genom att
göra det tillgängligt för allmänheten, i ursprungligt eller
ändrat skick, i översättning eller bearbetning, i annan
litteratur- eller konstart eller i annan teknik.”
I samma lag står det även att:
”Då exemplar av ett verk framställes eller verket göres
tillgängligt för allmänheten, skall upphovsmannen angivas i
den omfattning och på det sätt god sed kräver.”

publicerade. Jag har förlitat mig på att

deras bilder har rätten att ge mig bilderna och
jag hoppas att dom har det.
