This document provides information about the Head Start Creative Learning Award, which will be presented at the Utah Head Start Association 2011-2012 conference in November 2012. The award recognizes a creative learning idea, environment, or curriculum implemented in a Head Start program or with a Head Start family. To apply, candidates must submit a one-page description of why their concept should be recognized, and they may include one photo. Applications are due to local Head Start programs by May 18 and will be judged on completeness. Winners from each program will be forwarded to the Utah Head Start Association by May 25.
