Easy Eggless Mango
Pudding
In a blender, puree the
diced mangoes until
smooth
In a saucepan, mix the
mango puree , sugar,
milk and heavy cream.
Heat the mixture over
medium heat,stirring
occasionally.
In a separate bowl , mix
the water and cornstarch
until well combined
When the mango mixture comes to
a gentle boil, slowly add the
corndtarch mixture while stirring
continuously.Cook for an additional
1-2 minutes untill the pudding
thickens.
Remove the saucepan from the
heat and let the mango pudding
cool down to room temperature
Once cooled, transfer the
mango pudding to individual
serving bowls or a large
serving dish. Refrigerate for
at least 2-3 hours until it
sets.
