To create videos using ActivInspire software, you must first download and install the program if not already on your computer. Then, customize your toolbox menu by adding the area screen recorder tool. With the flipchart open, use the area recorder button to select the portion to record, launch the recorder, and start recording by naming the file. This will create a video of the selected area that can be used to showcase parts of the flipchart.

2. First, you must download

program.

3. In order to create videos quickly you will want to add the proper tool to your
toolbox menu. Go to the view tab at the top. Click Customize at the very
bottom.

4. Scroll till you
see “Area
screen
recorder”,
select it and
hit add. It
should now
be in your
toolbox.

5. Have the flipchart
open you would
like to showcase.
This will work
much like a Khan
Academy video.
Click the area
recorder button
on your toolbox.

6. Select the area you’d like to record and hit launch
recorder.

7. Once you hit launch recorder, the following menu
will appear on screen. Press the red start button. It
will ask you to name your file, once you name it and
hit enter THAT IS WHEN THE RECORDING BEGINS.

8. Now you should have a
