Led activities related to Experimental Mechanics laboratories (including fatigue and vibration
testing as well as finite element analysis.) This included the management and supervision of 11
engineers and 8 technicians plus management of a $50 million lab.

Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical aspects of the design activities for an advanced
1500 hp diesel engine powertrain for military vehicles. This included developing proposal
submissions, contract negotiations, customer liaison activities and the supervision of 7 design
