Craft fair vendor registration 2013
1. Set up time will be Friday, September 27, from 5:00-8:00pm and Saturday,
September 28, at 7:00am. Vendors must be ready to sell by 9:00 am. We ask that
vendors do not start tearing down prior to 2:30pm Saturday. Vendors will be
responsible for their own tables, chairs, extension cords and other displays. All
money and tax are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
Please mail check and application to: Holy Name Catholic School, 700 Fuller,
Winfield, KS 67156. (Checks made payable to Holy Name Catholic School PTO)
