experience including senior leadership roles with world-class medical facilities, I can
bring substantial value addition as a key member of your esteemed organization.
Currently I am associated with King Fahd Medical City the largest and most advanced
tertiary care medical complex in the Middle East. Since 2012 as Director Nursing I have
provided comprehensive direction to the operation of hospitals/units in delivering patient
and family centred nursing services of the highest standards. At present I am the Director
of Nursing, Nursing Patients Relations, Ancillary & Support Services covering the entire
KFMC complex. I have also led as Directed of Nursing in Children’s Specialty Hospital,
Ambulatory Centre & Emergency and Operating Rooms. As a member of the Senior
Nursing Leadership team of KFMC, I am contributing to the implementation of strategic
plans to achieve goals and objectives aligned to overall organizational vision, objectives
and values.
I have also worked as Nurse Manager in charge of Operating Rooms in 2012 before being
elevated to the position of Director of Nursing. During 2006 – 2007, I was Nurse
Manager of the Main Hospital. In between, I acquired higher qualifications in nursing
from reputable universities in Australia – Bachelor’s Degree from Griffith University,
Master’s Degree from Queensland University of Technology and PhD from University of
New England.
Earlier from 1996 to October 2004, I worked as Charge Nurse & Staff Nurse in the
Operating Theatres of Prince Sultan Cardiac Centre in Riyadh. I received my professional
training under the Riyadh Al Kharj Hospital Program at Al Kharj Hospital Riyadh KSA
and Princess Alexandra Hospital Harlow UK as Operating Theatre Technician.
