The BA in Humanities program at Thomas Edison State College prepares students for career advancement or graduate study while providing personal enrichment. The program requires students to complete 120 credits, including 60 general education credits and 33 credits in an area of concentration in the humanities. Within their area of concentration, students must take courses in at least three different humanities subjects, with at least 12 credits in one subject, and no more than 18 credits in any one subject. The program aims to provide students with a broad knowledge of the liberal arts as well as depth in the humanities.
