HISTORY
• The beginning of prehistory in the present territory of Argentina
occurs with the first human settlement on the southern tip of
Patagonia around 13,000 years ago. Early civilizations agroalfareras
settled in northwestern Andes since the eighteenth century. C.
The written history of what is now Argentina, began with the arrival
of Spanish chroniclers of the expedition of Juan Díaz de Solís in
1516 to Río de la Plata, a fact that marks the beginning of the
Spanish domination in this region. In 1776 the Spanish Crown
created the Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata, umbrella organization
of territories from which, with the May Revolution of 1810 would
begin a gradual process of formation of several independent states,
including one that bore the name of United Provinces of the River
Plate. With the declaration of independence on July 9, 1816 and the
military defeat of the Spanish Empire in 1824, which was formalized
from the organization as a federal state in 1853-1861 is now known
   as Argentina.

consumed with milk, salt and cheese; chipá, cake with the same and egg ingredients, and Paraguayan soup with bread white cornmeal with cheese,
    onion and spices.
The regional cuisine is quite spicy but delicious, with ingredients like tender corn, peppers (small peppers) and the jerky (beef, lamb or pork) defatted
and dried in the sun. When prepared with salt called jerky. Note the quality of the cheeses of the lower valley of the Chubut River.
