Groom Energy Solutions will replace the lighting at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas to reduce energy consumption by 1.45 million kWh per year, replacing over 34,000 lighting elements and installing motion sensors over a projected 60 day period. The project will involve replacing lighting across various areas of the property in a seamless manner while minimizing disruption to hotel operations and guests. A detailed project plan and pro forma valuation are provided outlining the work scope, means and methods, safety protocols, crew organization, schedule, costs, and projected cash flow.
