11. inStep-inTRM Learning Process
It is a comprehensive approach to training that guides each learner through all stages of the learning
lifecycle. It consists of three components – Pre Training Activity, Execution & Post training support.
Pre Training Session

This component initiates the process by helping our clients to meet their organizational goal and ensure
the return on investments. Customer’s need analysis is done here. Either needs known to the customer is
addressed or we ignite the latent need which would help them to excel. Sometimes we do give
Seminars, presentations or conduct tests to assess the competency level and understand the training
need of your candidates. I.e. These components are Analysis of Training Needs, Competency Analysis,
Training Identification & Budget Allocation by the customer.
Execution 

The training will be imparted by industry experienced and qualified group of Trainers. These trainers are
certified by inStep-InTRM and respective Product vendors (i.e Microsoft, Comptia, RedHat, Oracle, Sun,
and IBM etc.). Our Trainers are M Tech, B.E., B.Tech, MCA, and BCA. Almost all our trainers carry Global
Certification and they are Industry Experienced to make our Trainer’s pool the best and most demanded
professional in the industry.
The training can be conducted at our premise or client’s premise. We impart the training through CBT,
Customized Course and Learning guides.
Post Training Support 

inStep-inTRM learning process provides post-training support to every learner after completion of their
classroom training. If the client desire, a Mentor can be deputed at the client’s location for that to
provide them better post training experience. Post training supports like Help Desk support, Electronic
mail Support, Customized on site / of site mentor support, Campus support / placement opportunity are
either at a separate cost or free of cost that depends on the size of the business, future prospects and
Relationship with the client.
