The purpose of this tool is to help you understand, document and to effectively
communicate your company’s core values.

Having a strong set of core values is important because:


      Core values can shape the culture and character of the company by providing a
       strong sense of identity.
      Core values can provide a thread of continuity that can hold the organization
       together in the face of change.


When implemented properly, a strong set of core values will help to guide employee
behavior and organizational decision-making.

   2. Ask your company’s leaders to provide a list of their personal values.
