To whom it may concern,
We asked Tugi to leave his current company and join our company as a result of what other
employers had told us about his ethic and high standard of work in the irrigation field. Tugi was
a permanent employee with our company from March 2006 to September 2007.
During this time his primary role was as a technician for the installation and servicing of
landscape and commercial irrigation systems and water filtration and reticulation systems . He
was in the gradual process of becoming a design technician and being involved with our sales
team.
Tugi always worked hard and consistently, always presented himself well and was a great
communicator. Tugi was always a pleasure to have on board and has a bright future ahead of
