It waives any moral rights and consents to the use of the contributor's name, image, and interviews for advertising. The company is not liable for any loss or injury to the contributor unless due to negligence. The contribution cannot contain copyrighted or defamatory material or bring disrepute to the company. The terms have been explained and English courts have sole jurisdiction over the agreement.
