14. Possessiveness aur Romance bahut closely connected hain.
Jab ek banda, uski gf ke bagal mein khadaa rehkar, usko duniya
jahaan se protect kerta hai — that possessiveness is Romantic.
Lekin, jab ek banda, uski gf ke opposite khada hokar – uski gf pe
hee nazar rakhne lagta hai — tab woh possessiveness tragic ho
jaata hai.
Agar tumhein romantic wala possessiveness dikhaana hai — toh
side change karo. Dusre ke taraf se gf pe nazar mat rakho. GF ki
taraf se duniya pe nazar rakho, aur gf ko protected feel kerwaao.
Tab possessiveness mein romance and muhabbat ki mehak aayegi.
Jis din uske bagal mein khade hokar, duniya se usko protect karoge
— tumhaari uss possessiveness pe woh waari jaayegi !

15. Aisa mat socho ki shaayri ki aadh mein, Lust ka
niptaara ker lenge. Bol do ki Love bhi hai, and
you find her sexually attractive.
Bolo na — ki tumko uske saath sex kerne ka
mann kerta hai. Tumko woh sexually desirable
bhi lagti hai, muhabbat ke bhi kaabil lagti hai.
Bolo na. Make her feel truly special yaar.
Its a compliment. Give it to her.
15
16. Interest jagaao uss mein, apne liye. Usko tumhaare presence ka ehsaas dilaao.
Mehsoos honei do usko ki tum ho aas paas, and kuch special sa, alag sa lagne
laga hai ab.
Ye sab, bina alfaazon ke, bina texting ke, bina force kiye karna hoga.
Sabse pehle, muhabbat ke baare mein SOCHNA totally STOP karo.
Aur muhabbat ko FEEL kerna START karo. Ye farq samajh rahe ho na ?
24 hrs muhabbat muhabbat kerte rehne se, uska importance dilute ho gaya hai
tumhaare andar.
Jab uss se milo, uss waqt muhabbat ka ehsaas rakho apne andar.
Bolo mat. Likho mat. Live it.
Tumko agar tumhaari muhabbat chaahiye, toh saari pehal tumhein kerni hogi.
Bina words use kiye, bina likhe. Bas uske aas paas maujood raho aur dil se dil
ko connect karo. Without words and text.
Ek gazab si feeling hoti hai, jab dil se dil jud jaata hai. Jab tak dil judte nahi, sab
faltu time pass and imagination hai.
Mind ko switch off kerke, Heart ko switch ON karo. Uske paas jao. Na kuch
bolo, na kuch likho, bas Muhabbat ko jiyo.
Touch her heart. Without using text, words. . . .

23. PINK Movie Review –
Pink is the story of the 21st Century, 3rd millennium, Global Desi Indian girl,
who has subtly arrived and has taken the Indian culture by storm.
She is there – amid us – a cocktail of culture and westernization. She is
a glass half-full or half-empty – left for the judgement of the eyes of the
beholder.
She excels in sex-chat. Sex is not a cuss word in her dictionary. She can
talk of it. She can experiment with it. Virginity is not a taboo for her. She
would Love to lose it to the person she adores. She is candid about her
preferences. She is not scared of having multiple relationships.
She knows to Love. She knows how to move on too.
She is on an equated platform with the male of the Indian society. And, a
tad better – because she even knows when to draw a line. BUT, THIS
CONFUSES HER MALE COUNTERPART IN THE INDIAN SOCIETY. And,
a PINK gets born !
A subtle satire on the 21st century millennium girl, PINK emphasizes on
the trends at large. It tries to work double-edged. On one hand, it tells the
male of the society – what NOT to conclude – what NOT to pre-judge.
On the other hand, it acts as a MIRROR to the 21st century millennium girl –
who has already arrived. The mirror speaks a lot.

24. BAAR BAAR DEKHO – Life doesn’t give a retake !
If tomorrow comes, how would you want it to be ? Do you have your plans
well laid out in place ? Do you have pre-conceived strategies for life flow ?
Do you know – Life is THAT, which happens to us, while we are making
other plans ?
If these concepts of life intrigue you, then Baar Baar Dekho is a movie
based on these concepts of our existence.
When Sydney Sheldon used the title ―If Tomorrow Comes‖ for a bestseller,
the term created ripples in the entire reader fraternity. If tomorrow comes, a
phrase so easily used very often – is pregnant with possibilities, likes,
dislikes, approvals, disapprovals, acceptance and rejections.
Baar Baar Dekho is the understanding of a phrase called “If Tomorrow
Comes” in video motion. No, it has nothing to do with Sydney Sheldon
school of thought.
But, the original title of the movie – slated at Kal Jisne Dekha, later
modified to Baar Baar Dekho – is based on the concept of the theory called
―If Tomorrow Comes, can the scheme of events stump you on the
downside. . . . ?‖ Movie makes us reflect that, unlike the movie, where
everything can be put back into place, life does not give a retake.
24
25. Happy Bhag Jayegi – inspiring the next !
If you had loved the Geet Part 1 runaway character of Jab We Met, you will
swoon over this movie !
Mudassar Aziz, a few years ago, had said — ―When you don’t know an
individual and look at someone from the outside, you imagine that person in
a certain way. That feeling may get substituted when you get to know the
person up close and personal.‖ Happy, the character whom he has created
(Writer-Director) is the most positive version of his above-said line, and has
an air of impulsiveness in her which is infectious !
A movie, as light as a sugar candy — Happy Bhag Jayegi is one of those
RomComs, which doesn’t ROFL you in that sense — but has a high level
of feel good effect on us, during screening. The feeling lingers on later too.
A movie, directed so intelligently and lightly, that one tends to miss the
life-changing essence of the message it conveys, if one doesn’t dwell deep
on the central theme.
Diana Penty has been able to shed her coy-girl Cocktail image with elan.
Her confidence and impulsiveness exuberates in this movie. There are
shades of a Kajol in her deliverance, because of her naturalness in acting,
emoting and sensible silent pauses.
25
26. TE3N – When Life Seeks The Truth !
When Life is at Crossroads, Stumped by the Unexpected, then Life Asks the
Right Questions. And then, Life Wants the Right Answers. Bitter, Painful,
Hurtful, Scary — whatever be it — Life decides to Face it. Then, there’s no
other option but to seek Truth. Quest ends ONLY when Truth Reveals Itself.
If you love movies which have an Art Tinge to it, you’ll love TE3N. Especially,
if you are the kind who likes Slow Thrillers — a story which builds up base by
base, moves at its own pace and rhythm, then you would love TE3n. If you
vote for serious CineMaa, if you kind of love the slow weave of a story, the
entwining of characters, the easy progress in content building — TE3N is for
you. A Thriller with Rawness, Easy Pace and enormous story depth — TE3N.
Imagine a Lazy morning — Woh Angdaai Lekar Utthna, a steaming Hot Cup of
Tea in your hands, Woh Paalti-Maar-Ke Baithnaa in your Lazy Couch -- flipping
the Aaj Ka Akhbaar -- Just forgetting about the time piece -- the Easy Day
feeling -- just Lazing out -- enjoying every Sip of Tea -- relishing every word of
Daily Newspaper -- just idling -- for more than an hour — if you enjoy this kind
of Laze, Relaxation, No Speed-chase, Take-it-easy stuff — Then WATCH TE3N.
Its a serious thriller which will keep you engrossed, but not on edge of your
couch — it will let you lean back and watch the thrill, easy paced !26
27. Fitoor – Yeh Ishq Nahin Aasaan !
Pain of separation, is a very difficult feeling to express….and the Fitoor
Director and his team deserve an applause for attempting to transpire the
feel through words, silence, emotions, picture, lyrics and soulful music….
but, pain of separation, as said so, is very difficult to express… and there is
a thin line that separates Agony from Excess, Need from Desperation and
Love from Fanaticism (read Fitoor)… and its this thin line that is the
highlight of the story weave.
Based on Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations, Fitoor – the movie, worth a
big screen treat for the visual scenic capture of sorts – Fitoor is a movie
that would suit you ONLY IF YOU BELIEVE IN LOVE, ON THE DAY YOU
WATCH THE MOVIE – THAT IS. Otherwise, you might get terribly bored and
would rather do a Home-watch….
A tale of two generations – Fitoor is story of two women who experience
Love in their lives, their own way. Begum (Tabu), lives on wounds of
separation & betrayal, & acidically educates her little girl Firdaus (Katrina).
Katrina sports a sexy hair shade in the movie – a shade of red, not to be
missed, but must be imitated right away if you Love streaks and shades on
your hair tress.27
28. Agar maaf ker diya hai, toh Volcano ke
beech mein baith ker bhi, barf ke jaisi chilled
rahogi. Aur jab baat zyada sarr pe banegi,
toh barf aisey pighaalogi, ki volcano paani
paani ho jaayega. Maaf kerne ka matlab ye
hota hai. Itni chilled ho jao, ki aas paas ka
volcano khud apne tapish pe sharmaa
jaaye. . . . Detached ya dead-like nahi.
Chilled and internally so cooled.

29. How do I read my mirror correctly ?
Look at yourself and follow your eyes — observe the route that it
takes, while running a look through your own silhouette, and
don’t miss– the halts that your eyes goes into — at some spots
on you….
Face observation, Body observation & Overall attributes --
Together, these three render the person in us that we take to the
world to interact with.
Focusing on Body observation, notice that there are contours of your
body which look accentuated and impressive while worn inside your
favorite dress. The points where your eyes would like to FLIRTILY tread
again and again — these are your positive body assets.
Jahaan Teri Nazar Ttheharti Hai Tujh Pe, when you smilingly
“check yourself out” on the mirror – these are your Assets !

30. Have you switched to Olive Oil as your medium of cooking ?
If you have switched your oil medium to OLIVE OIL based on hearsay and
word of mouth from friends and family, then do a self-check.
Observe the following if you have been consuming good quantity of Olive Oil
(O-Oil) in your diet —
Have you gained weight after switching to O-Oil ?
Have you developed a Thyroid fluctuation after shifting to O-Oil ?
Have you developed bloating symptoms after shifting to O-Oil ?
If the answer to all of the above is a big, fat NO — relax ! You are a fat
absorber. Your body is Olive Oil friendly.
However, if the answer to any of the above is a Yes — then, ponder.
Think. Take correctives. Shift to the usuals.
Olive, then, is not your cup of Oil. Get back to the old cooking medium base.
And, then work upon you bloating or thyroid or weight gain, suitably.

31. Bust Your Stress with Green Cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi)
The thump of stress, beating up into our nervous system — the agitation of
the mind -- sometimes makes our body run in an inner marathon. We may be
sitting quietly at our place, but internally our nerves must be making us run
400 metres an hour, and causing intense stress from inside.
The calm outside and the storm inside – remember ?
When our inner system is running at a fanatic speed, and our mind and
thoughts are multiplying innumerably –
When our inner body is so agitated that it gets beyond us --
When from inside we get the feel of galloping like an untamed horse --
When the inner saddle of our self is totally out of control --
When such an inner marathon has taken over us and overpowered us —
When stress is spreading in every inch of our existence from inside —
Just hand yourself over to the goodness of Green Elaichi Tea……

32. Empty Stomach Fruit Intake can do wonders to your Metabolism
The funda of fruit eating in first intake is — enzymes are better oriented to act upon
the fruit, and absorption of its vital vitamins, mineral and essential elements is
done rapidly in a clean-slate stomach. Body gets the maximum benefits from each
entity of the fruit consumed.
The juices secreted by our endocrine glands (simply put, our digestive system
overall) wakes us up in the morning, anticipating a filling into the stomach. The first
intake that we do, sets up the metabolic channel working inside us. The digestive
tract has a pH which it maintains by acidity & alkalinity of our system.
Fruits, in raw form, help in balancing the pH level — when consumed as a whole.
The fruit fibres, its juices and the natural sugar, sour and saltiness of the fruit
activates the enzymes in our system and satiates the pH balance.
People whose pH is more on the acidic level often report of an acidic burp soon
after consuming tea as first intake in morning. Such people would benefit by a fruit
which is alkaline (that fruit variety which does not cause them acidity).
Persons who have an alkaline sided pH (who feel better with sour dishes) would
benefit a lot by consuming Citrus fruits early in the morning.

33. Bonded by Destiny or Bonded by Love
A couple, who live together bonded by love AND destiny, will end up enjoying every bit of
fun and frolic, and carry the happy-feeling back home too. But, a couple, bonded ONLY by
destiny, not love, will stay happy in an outside environment, and leave the happiness
there, while returning to their own home, and wear on the gloomy mask of discontent
immediately at the first instance.
A lavish lunch meet with friends, a family gathering, a pompous Sunday well spent —
what a beautiful way to finish a weekend ! So, when we return to our own nest, the
enthusiasm lingers on, the elated mood infectiously comes back with us, into our home,
our family, our spouses, our children — and the goodie feeling rubs on into our near and
dear ones, right ? Or it doesn’t ?
Well, if it does, you made the most out of a wonderful family get-together. But if it
doesn’t, then — the point here is — what else will ?
If you spent a wonderful Sunday with your family, in the company of other like-minded
family groups, but still came back to your gloomy self, as soon as you stepped into your
own home, with that same partner and family — it simply means — something is amiss in
the arrangement of things around you !
Spending money, time & energies on get-togethers must atleast do this much — it should
bring your mind to elated revival, & carry the feeling back home into each other’s life.
Try to bring the goodness feel back home too,
IF you are a couple bonded only by destiny, not Love !
