CONSUMER BEHAVIOR:
The behavior of consumer is categorized as how every
groups, customers may dispose, use, buy and select
different services, goods and ideas to satisfied the customer
wants and needs.
FACTORS:
There are three factors which affects the behavior of Consumer, they
are:
• Psychological Factor
• Personal Factor
• Social Factor
PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTOR:
• There are several consumers that must influence different problem
in daily lives.
• There are different variables that would incorporate the
circumstance or impression of need for the capacity of individual to
get data or learn and a disposition of person.
• The reaction of the consumer will be different from each other
because of their observation and mentalities.
PERSONAL FACTOR:
There are many consumers who didn’t behave in the similar
manner as most of the consumer are behaving in many
ways. The consumer behavior difference is because of
several factors of individual, for example, the consumer
nature, culture and lifestyle.
SOCIAL FACTOR:
• The social factor will affect the behavior of consumer in different
qualities.
• It will also be incorporated social connection, individual family,
network of school or work and individual gathering. It includes
instruction level, conditions of living and salary.
• There are several components that must be break down as to create
the plans of advertising.
• Observing, looking at, Understanding is essential for the promotion
of division for maintaining the position in the business focus.
