Inspections
Most of the Engineers going for Site
Inspections are travelling 90KM a day
(Back & Forth) on average which is almost
2000 KM a month
50 Liter of Fuel once a month
is not sufficient to meet the
needs.

Managed to maintain the same
expected performance even
with the increased double
workload.
Managed to save SR 300,000 in reducing
unnecessary work in Block C3 (Aramco)
related to stub outs for the project PIC I-7012

Managed to reduce the No. of LOI’s
required for Additional / Changes of work.
Power Distribution loop for an important
investor in C1/CIA area ahead of EOC

Managed to control Contractor Claims by
providing evaluation /Analysis prior to seeking
legal advise.
Developments
Set up Tracking System for NTP Contractors to track and monitor
Contractors for early action.
Setup a tracking system to keep the track of all internal and external
correspondence between departments internally and with external
business partners too.
Set up Archived Electronic Data Management System for all Existing
and new Contracts to bring Drawings, Memos, Letters, Desk Notes etc.
available electronically for authorized privileged members only.
Set up a Centralized Secured Data Sharing System with authorized
privileges dedicated for each Engineer separately.
