Ownerc are advised that the construction of curb and gutbr and/or culverG across single vehide drivervap will require dosurc of he

The City will not be held liable br any vehicular infraction u damages cawed as a result of the City undertaking repairs io cu6 and

Afler the mnsbuction is completed, any damaged grased area will be repaired. The Contactor is espnsible br ensuring that new
sod takes rcot by walering at frequent intervals dudng he first lew rceks. Tle City will monitor $e grcwh of he sod to ensure that it
