We are handing you the opportunity to massively increase your prospect list
Here we have a flyer offering some homes for sale (just an example, it could be a web-page, it could be on a “for-sale” sign, it could be a poster, a business card, a newspaper or tv advert, any type of marketing material. You get the idea!). You’ll see that each home has a different hashtag keyword that corresponds to that specific house but the phone number is the same for them all – The phone number will have the relevant area code where available. Your prospect would decide which house or houses they would like more information on. Traditionally the prospect would need to call the office or perhaps use a QR code, which many people are still unsure of! – This is the point where you may lose your prospect. Some don’t like to call, some don’t know how to use QR codes and so on. With text triggers, once they have decided they would text the appropriate hashtag or hashtags to the number.
From that text, the system provides the relevant links (provided by yourself) via an instant text, no waiting around. It could be an information PDF, a virtual tour of the home, a URL to the listing page, even a link to an appointment booking page. Again, the choice is yours. It’s about capturing your prospects information as well as immediately supplying them with the information THEY NEED RIGHT THEN!
PDF’s or documents can be downloaded straight to their phone or even sent via an email, provided we have captured their email address during the process or a previous process (I’ll cover that later)
It could be a link to a video tour of the home so the prospect could be looking around the house while standing outside!
It can be any kind of link that would open in their mobile browser. Again, the options are entirely yours. These are just examples. What we are doing is getting THE best information to our prospects as quickly as we can. Prospects today want information instantly and that’s what text triggers allows you to provide From a sales standpoint, you now have the prospects phone number and depending on the campaign used, their name, email address or whatever information you need to gather to make your sales process more efficient, effective and streamlined. This is a real win-win from both a prospect and a businesses point of view. Because, please remember, once you have their details you are able to follow up via multiple marketing methods.
A standard constant touch campaign is already very powerful. However, in that campaign, once a prospect is added, it follows the set sequence of SMS messages, Emails or Voicemails. **click** The difference in the text triggers campaign is that once the unique hashtag is received, it starts the autoresponder sequence that is SPECIFIC to that code.
