A PowerPoint on the casting we decided on for our short film.

2. Agent Kai Royce
Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) Agent Kai Royce (Max Behan)
Jason Bourne represents our lead character because of how he
battles against a sinister network, just like Kai Royce coming up
against the criminal organisation, the Santan Gang. As well as this
his brown hair and strong physique fits in with the suit
well and is a good fit for the protagonist of our film. Agent Royce
comes across as a formal and hard working man, that looks to get
the job done. This is very important as he is the agent of a well
known organisation the PFIB, going undercover to retrieve this
stolen art. Royce is a typical agent who has an element of
sarcasm in his personality whilst maintaining professionality at
the same time.
We decided to cast Max to play Agent Royce because of his
presence within the short film and we feel that he was best
suited to play the protagonist. His fit for the suit and his
personality represents how we want the lead Agent to come
across.

3. Vin Stallone
Vin Stallone is the antagonist of our short film, he is the
head of the Santan Gang and he is often accompanied
with his head henchman Tommy Hanson. Vin is a tall
man, who always wears a freshly pressed suit, he is an
aggressive character who is illusive throughout the
short film. When finally revealed he enters slowly with
loud steps, wielding a sledgehammer. He has had
previous encounters with Royce but this is not revealed
until the end of the film. He talks on the phone with an
unknown buyer of his stolen art, he talks slowly with
clear pronunciation.

4. Tommy Hanson
Owen Shaw (Luke Evans) Tommy Hanson (Tom Palliser)
Tommy Hanson is a character with the intentions of
making money, he will achieve this through violence
and is highly skilled at his job. He is a strong, athletic
character due to his role as Vin Stallone's right hand
man and part of the Santan Gang and he strives to
complete his task of selling the stolen antiques. He is
constantly being challenged by the PFIB and has to
overcome different obstructions.
We decided to cast Tom as Tommy Hansen as he was
a good fit for the athletic and intuitive character and
his fast pace acting allowed was a good fit for the fast
pace editing.

5. Agent Tanner Briggs
Q (Ben Whishaw) Agent Tanner Briggs (Luca Stefanutti)
Agent Tanner Briggs is head of the
research and development division of
the PFIB agency. Briggs has an exceptional
knowledge of technology and specialises in
surveillance. He has good intentions and
contributes his skills to uphold the law. Briggs
has a young and geeky look about him as well
as a bland sense of humour.
Luca was perfect for this role as the glasses
suited him best, he had young facial features
with clear skin and the perfect hair texture.
Luca displays the correct level of humour for
the role and also speaks well and clearly.
