2. Dear colleagues! Ukrainian Interbank Payment Systems Members Association "EMA" has started to organize the IVth International Conference «Risk-management and security of cards operations in CIS and Eastern Europe countries - 2011», that will take place October 20-21 in Crimea, Ukraine.

3. Experience of previous Conferences had showed us that some high-qualified banking specialists could not participate because of the lack of nessasarry financial recourses.

4. This year we propose to every banking employee to participate the competition, which finalist will get the individual conditions of participation in Conference. On June 1, 2011, the start of competition to choose the best presentations on the Conference theme, that would be included to the Conference program, was announced. The first prize is «The best presentation” (5 presentations) – participation of speaker is free of charge. The second prize is «Interesting presentation” (5 presentations) – participation of speaker with 50% discount.

5. To participate the competition you have to send the following information via e-mail oda@ema.com.ua or sd@ema.com.ua 1. Presentation’s subject. 2. Annotation and presentation’s plan. 3. 5 Key slides of presentation. We are looking for participants applications until July 21 2011 (inclusive).

6. Since July 22 2011 group of experts from seven independent banking organizations from CIS and Eastern Europe countries will estimate every application. Every independent expert will estimate using 10-units scale all applied presentations through three criterias: 1. Subject urgency. 2. Presentation content and subject correspondence. 3. Information presentation quality. The results of the competition will be announced on the Association web-site www.ema.com.ua on August the 1st 2011.
