1. Conclusion
Washington's unrecorded stay in Perkasie Manor in 1774 through 1775 (blog entry “Seventeen” from the
https://sellersvilletruth.wordpress.com site), the still-unacknowledged iron foundry that existed in Rockhill Township (also
blog entry “Seventeen”), and the still-undisclosed underground vault that was created therefrom is proof that the journey
on the “Liberty Bell Trail” could have been initiated to hide more than just the bell1

The original town of Sellersville was “founded” to conceal--and to grow to expand over--this subterranean
structure. However, the discovery of uranium in the area (blog entries “Seven” and “Ten”) and the related industries that
would soon follow created a new need for this unit. Its contents were removed to a new location in the early 1900s (picture
on last page of this document?) when said underground structure (i.e. the “gigantic container” noted in blog entries “Five”
and “Twenty”) became a designated disposal/holding cell for the waste from Sellersville's still-unacknowledged nuclear
industries (all blog entries), among the later possibilities of other things.2
This was the reason for the borough's initial
northwestern relocation and subsequent realignment (blog entry “Seventeen”).3
Above ground, the area was then utilized
by the United States government for uranium milling and radium extraction (blog entries “Five,” “Six,” “Eight,” and
“Ten”) and later in-situ uranium mining and atomic weapons production activities. Catastrophically, the underground cell
was found to be leaking circa 1994/1995 (blog entry “Twenty”). This was the catalyst for both the cryptic $250,000,000+
environmental lien placed on the property (blog entries “Nine” and “Seventeen”) and the subsequent (failed) environmental
remediation efforts on the part of the PADEP and USEPA (blog entry “Four”).
The aforementioned area is the integral component of the “Sellersville Landfill Site” (blog entry “Twenty”) and is now
home to the Wyckford Commons housing development.
THESE EVENTS, ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT TRANSPIRED DURING THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION,
ARE A SIGNIFICANT PART OF UNITED STATES HISTORY THAT WAS NEVER RECORDED OR
MEMORIALIZED IN PRINT.
The gravity of what these events represent collectively and the related concealment thereof are the underlying
reasons---both literally and figuratively “beneath the surface”---for the continued vehement denial and concealment
of the illegal real estate transactions and environmental catastrophes that have occurred here.
