This document outlines a conceptual framework based on Daniel Stufflebeam's CIPP model for evaluating a planned teaching program (PTP) on partograph usage among staff nurses. The framework involves context, input, process, and product evaluations. The context evaluation would assess the inadequate knowledge of partographs among staff nurses. The input evaluation would develop a questionnaire, simulation, and the PTP. A pilot study would assess knowledge as a process evaluation. As a product evaluation, the pre- and post-tests would be compared to determine the knowledge gain and its association with demographic variables.
