1. HAND TOSSED, STONE-FIRED PIZZA IN A
NEAPOLITAN TRADITION, CREATIVE
SALADS, SANDWICHES, PANINIS & PASTA
CONCEPT
Stone L’oven Pizza Co.
wants to bring the art of
making pizza back to center
stage. The goal was to
create an open and
interactive kitchen with a
fun and innovative dining
atmosphere that will leave
the guest with a memorable
experience. A dining
ambiance of vibrant wall
murals and a color palette
of natural earth tones create
a comfortable and
enjoyable gathering place.
The energy and excitement
comes from the open
display of a Woodstone
oven where our guests can
view the pizza chefs in
action.
MISSION
Our mission is simple; to
offer the most creative
selection of pizza with an
unmet dining experience.
Just like Panera Bread did
with sandwiches and
Starbucks did with coffee,
we want to change the way
people think and feel about
pizza.
Menu
Our Neapolitan style pizza is
hand crafted with all Natural
flour & our tomatoes are
from a farm that specializes
in fresh packed tomatoes.
The menu is enhanced with
simple yet perfectly
executed café sandwiches,
soups, salads & pastas
complemented with craft
beer and wine. Our unique
menu incorporates all of
today’s demands in today’s
health conscience market.
Guests
Guests generally fall into
one of three different
groups; Upscale
Suburbanites, Metro Elites &
18—34 year old singles.
These adults seek better
tasting, innovative, higher
quality food. They are time
pressed and search out
quality, convenient solutions
to feed themselves and
others. They pay attention
to fashion, style and quality.
