IV. REFLECTION
Reflect on your teaching and assess yourself as a teacher. Think about your student’s progress this week. What works? What else needs to be done to help the
students learn?
Identify what help your instructional supervisors can provide for you so when you meet them, you can ask them relevant questions.
A. No. of learners who earned 80%
in the evaluation
18 out of 25 learners attended my class earned 80% in the evaluation.
B. No. of learners who require
additional activities for
remediation
7 out of 25 learners attended my class required additional activities for remediation.
C. Did the remedial lessons work?
No. of learners who have caught
up with the lesson
The remedial lessons worked successfully for those 5 learners who need remediation and the other 2 learners are frequently cutting the class or absent.
D. No. of learners who continue to
require remediation
2 learners out 7 who continue to require remediation.
E. Which of my teaching strategies
work well? Why did these work?
Using live media or video presentation with the aid of projector and internet. They are excited to attain the class because of colorful presentation.
F. What difficulties did I encounter
which my principal or supervisor
can help me solve?
It’s my first time handling this subject, and I felt uneasy for this.
G. What innovations or localized
materials did I used/discover
which I wish to share with other
teachers?
Just required them to bring their own tools like star screw driver to be able to participate the learners because of their own tools. All learners are required
and considered the tools as their project and at the same time their attendance daily to acquire hem individually.
