Manpower Planning –
Manpower planning, also known as human resource planning, refers to the process of
strategically aligning an organization's workforce with its business goals and objectives.
The Relationship Between Human Resource and Manpower Planning –

functions within an organization, and they both play crucial roles in ensuring that an
