Introduction
KAT Technologies is a Software Development company and provides Software Services, Testing
Services and various Advertising Related Services. KAT Technologies started in 2006 under dynamic
leadership of Archana & Kiran Mankeshwar. Company started with the aim of robust and user-
friendly software development and testing for their customers. After proving capability in design and
development of various software projects, leadership decided to launch a magnificent product which
helps many organizations and which is a need of today’s unsecure environment. Company
developed a state of art Visitor Management System and launched it in the year 2007. In a short
period this product got appreciated by many MNC companies. Visitor Management System of KAT
Technologies is best designed product for security department of the companies. Visitor
Management System is designed keeping in mind maintenance free system for the customers to
provide high efficiency and reduce investments.
In Year 2008, company launched a one more software product which later became the most famous
product in market for companies having Contract Labours more than 100. Contract Labour
Management System is a concept invention by one of our prestigious customer and which was
solely designed and developed by KAT Technologies. In year 2008 Company launched many products
like Canteen Management System, Payroll Management System, Leave and Attendance
Management System, Flat Booking System and many more.
KAT Technologies has proven expertise in software development and then extended services
towards Software Testing services. KAT Technologies provides Manual testing, Automated testing as
Smart testing methodology.
In advertising line KAT Technologies is specialized in providing interactive CD presentations as per
specific requirement of customers. Graphic Design is one of the main area where KAT Technologies
is always performed best. Graphic Designing Team is headed by Mangesh Mandangave, he has
experience of more than an 23 years in the field of graphic designing, and vision to see customers

Contract Labour Management System
Contract Labour will be marked IN either by Thumb/RFID or through Barcode according to his
shift. Also he may swipe more than once but first swipe will be collected as IN Swipe and Last
swipe will be taken as OUT. According to IN and OUT swipes actual working hours will be
calculated. This system will calculate Present/Absent days as well as Extra Hours based on IN and
OUT swipes. This will be the input to execute wages for the labors, which can be executed
monthly/weekly/Daily.

The Canteen Management System keeps track of daily activities carried out in a canteen. System
