2. WHAT IS IT?
An opportunity for college leavers from
estates, who show genuine creative potential,
to gain access to the communication industry
through real world campaign experience
and on-going opportunities
3. WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THE COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY?
4. IT’’S A LOT MORE FUN THAN MOST JOBS
IT
A lot of jobs pretend to be great fun when they’re
actually really pretty dull
11. ‘IF YOU FIND SOMETHING YOU REALLY
LOVE, YOU’LL NEVER WORK AGAIN’
YOU’ AGAIN’
Winston Churchill said that, in the days before
Banksy thought he’d look better with a mohawk
for a haircut.
And we think it’s really true – if your work feels
like play, it can’t really be work, can it?

THINGS YOU CAN DO
dog
13. BUT IT CAN BE A TOUGH NUT TO CRACK
It’s sad but true – people tend to get breaks in the
communications industry based on who they know as
much as what they can do
17. YOU’
YOU’LL BE CREATIVE
You might write stories, have your own blog, tag, spit, make music
on your computer, make videos…
Or you might just love films, art, music, tv and love thinking and talking
about it
Or you might just have interesting ideas about things…
You don’t need to know anything about communications. We can tell you
about that
19. Your work here
PART ONE
We set up a pop-up communications agency in
central London for six weeks from Mid-July to the
end of August, delivering a campaign for an
exciting new product
20. WE’
WE’RE GOING TO BE DELIVERING WORK FOR THE COMPUTER
GAMES DEVELOPER, UBISOFT
22. THE DETAILS OF PART ONE
• It starts mid-July and finishes at the end of August
• It’ll be 2 days a week
• It won’t be paid
• You’d need to commit to all the sessions
23. PART TWO
We look to place you into paid placements
at various communications agencies, based
on what you’re interested in
24. IT’
BUT IT’LL TAKE WORK
To get a placement you’re going to need to
bust a gut and show some real talent.
But we’re confident you’ll be able to do both
those things! Remember – hard work doesn’t
feel like hard work when it’s fun
25. THE DETAILS OF PART TWO
• Placements will start from September
• Each one will last for 3 months
• They will be paid, but don’t expect to be rolling in it
28. FIRST OF ALL THERE’S A FORM
THERE’
UNLIKE ANY OTHER
It’s not an exam – there are no wrong or
right answers. It’s a chance for you to be
creative. You’ll actually have fun filling it
in. Honest.
29. THERE’
THEN THERE’S A CHAT
It’s our chance to find out more about
you, and for you to explain all the
amazing ideas in your form a bit more
30. THERE’
THEN THERE’S A CHAT AND A
CHANCE TO HAVE A GO AT IT
It’s our chance to find out more about
you, and for you to share all those
ideas you’ve got in your head
THERE’
THEN THERE’S A CHANCE TO HAVE
A GO AT IT
We want you to have a taste of the
kind of thing we’ll be doing to see if
you enjoy it
32. THE TIMINGS
The application process opens w/c 28th May
You’ll have two weeks to submit the form (deadline: 10th June)
Based on your form we might ask you in for a chat w/c 25th June

The project starts w/c 16th July and runs until the end of August
