WHAT IS IT?
An opportunity for college leavers from
estates, who show genuine creative potential,
to gain access to the communication industry
through real world campaign experience
and on-going opportunities
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THE COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY?
IT’’S A LOT MORE FUN THAN MOST JOBS
IT
A lot of jobs pretend to be great fun when they’re
 actually really pretty dull
THIS…
YOU CREATE STUFF LIKE THIS…
‘IF YOU FIND SOMETHING YOU REALLY
LOVE, YOU’LL NEVER WORK AGAIN’
      YOU’ AGAIN’
Winston Churchill said that, in the days before
Banksy thought he’d look better with a mohawk
for a haircut.
And we think it’s really true – if your work feels
like play, it can’t really be work, can it?
social media account man

                         traffic planner

                                                           digital
          creative

THERE ARE A LOT OF DIFFERENT
THINGS YOU CAN DO
                                              dog
BUT IT CAN BE A TOUGH NUT TO CRACK
It’s sad but true – people tend to get breaks in the
communications industry based on who they know as
much as what they can do
WE WANT TO CHANGE THAT
WE’
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
YOU’
YOU’LL BE FINISHING COLLEGE BUT WON’T BE GOING ON TO
                                WON’
HIGHER EDUCATION
YOU’
YOU’LL BE CREATIVE
You might write stories, have your own blog, tag, spit, make music
on your computer, make videos…
Or you might just love films, art, music, tv and love thinking and talking
about it
Or you might just have interesting ideas about things…
You don’t need to know anything about communications. We can tell you
about that
